Job summary

Turner & Townsend HEERY is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support large-scale construction projects, manage stakeholders, track milestones, and ensure governance and best practices are applied across programs.

Qualified applicants have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering and 5–7 years of PM experience, with strong proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied.
• Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
