Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring governance and best practices across projects. This role demands strong organizational skills and proven PM capabilities in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and related PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
