Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, planning and execution of electrical projects from proposals through construction and warranty.

The role requires coordinating scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality, guiding a design team, and coordinating with clients and regulators. The position calls for a PE license, extensive MV experience (SKM/ETAP/EasyPower), CAD tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation), and the ability to travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer with active NCEES account.
• Experience with medium-voltage systems and power studies (SKM, ETAP, EasyPower).
• Knowledge of EVSE, microgrids, solar facilities, backup systems, or data centers is a plus.
• DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution, scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality from start to warranty.
• Lead planning and development of engineering tasks for proposals and projects.
• Supervise design teams and review work for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare or check calculations, specs, and design documents.
• Engage with clients, regulators and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
