As a strategic advisor to the Chief Tax Officer, you will drive the effective tax rate, capital planning, and M&A tax accounting, while mentoring a team of 4 professionals and ensuring SOX-compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA designation or previously achieved.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience.
• 5+ years in a people-management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tax provision (ASC 740) for quarterly and annual reports.
• Oversee SEC disclosures (10-K, 10-Q) with accurate reporting.
• Manage ETR and global deferred tax assets/liabilities.
• Forecast tax outcomes and capital planning inputs.
• Direct tax workstreams for CCAR and capital planning.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 tax professionals.
• Partner on M&A tax accounting impacts.
• Maintain SOX internal controls over tax reporting.
