Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead closure, RMA, warranty services, and spares for our SCADA and controls projects.

You will own closeout and multi-year warranty activities across the installed base, ensuring timely, well-documented transitions to customers. Berkeley-based with potential remote options, you will coordinate cross-functional teams for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience as a project or operations manager in solar, renewable energy, heavy construction, or aerospace.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for competing priorities, dependencies, budgets and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and teams.
• Proficiency with project-management, ERP, inventory, reporting, and document-management tools.
• Analytical skills using operational and financial data to improve performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability when handling technical issues and customer escalations.

Responsibilities

• Closure Coordination: maintain project closure plans, milestone dates, dependencies, and acceptance requirements.
• Documentation Management: collect and quality-check closeout documents and manuals.
• Action Tracking: follow up with owners and escalate overdue actions.
• Stakeholder Support: prepare meeting notes and status updates for review.
• System and Data Administration: keep project and inventory records accurate.
• Transition Support: coordinate knowledge-transfer meetings.
• Closure Reporting: prepare routine closure dashboards and reports.
• Compliance and Records: maintain complete, traceable records for commitments and audits.
