Job summary

Terabase Energy in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead Closure, RMA, Warranty operations for our SCADA projects, ensuring on-time delivery and thorough documentation.

The role requires proactive, organized candidates who can manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate records across ERP and inventory systems. Remote work from another location may be permissible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as project or operations manager in solar/renewable energy, heavy construction, or aerospace.
• Strong organization and planning to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and management.
• Experience with PM, ERP, inventory, reporting, and document-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project closure plans, logs, milestones, and acceptance.
• Collect, organize, and quality-check closeout documents.
• Track outstanding items and escalate overdue actions.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and customer communications.
• Maintain project records in ERP, inventory, and document-management systems.
• Coordinate knowledge-transfer meetings and handoffs for post-project owners.
• Prepare routine closure dashboards and reports.
• Follow approved closure procedures and maintain traceable records.
