Job summary

Terabase Energy in Berkeley, CA is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Closure, RMA and Warranty services within the Project Delivery team. You will coordinate closeout documentation, action tracking, RMA and warranty cases, spares records, customer and vendor follow‑up, and routine reporting for deployed SCADA and controls projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills and a willingness to learn technical concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, PM, customer support, operations, warranty, procurement, or similar.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple action lists and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with PM, ERP, inventory, reporting, or document-management tools.
• Willingness to learn SCADA, industrial controls, and electric systems.

Responsibilities

• Closure Coordination: maintain closure plans, logs, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance.
• Documentation Management: collect and quality-check closeout documents and manuals.
• Action Tracking: monitor open items and escalate overdue actions.
• Stakeholder Support: prepare meeting notes and status updates for PM review.
• System and Data Administration: keep project and ERP records accurate and current.
• Transition Support: arrange knowledge-transfer meetings for post‑project owners.
• Closure Reporting: create dashboards and progress reports.
• Compliance and Records: maintain traceable closure records for audits.
