Job summary

Terabase Energy is seeking a SCADA Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of SCADA projects from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate engineers, procurement, and support staff to ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget constraints.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer communications. Strong collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and subcontractors is essential to success in this hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a project or operations manager in solar/renewable energy, heavy construction, or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SCADA projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor costs and schedules to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Ensure quality deliverables meet contract SLAs and standards.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports.
