Job summary

Terabase Energy seeks a Director of Portfolio Delivery for the SCADA program to lead a global team and own the execution of large, complex projects. You will manage executive customer relationships, ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, and partner across Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to optimize performance.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Project Delivery and emphasizes strategic leadership, governance, and P&L oversight, with travel up to 25% to US-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, energy, or a related field.
• 10+ years in project or operations management in solar/renewable energy or related fields.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including managing remote, international teams.
• Proven financial and commercial acumen: ROI analyses, budgets, costing models.
• Experience owning executive customer relationships and contract negotiations (MSA).
• Hands-on adoption of ERP/PLM systems and PM tools (e.g., NetSuite, Arena; JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating model for the SCADA projects to enable scalable delivery.
• Identify operational risks and growth strategies for the program.
• Represent the SCADA Program in executive forums and planning initiatives.
• Serve as the senior Terabase relationship owner for a portfolio of large, complex projects from booking to delivery.
• Lead delivery-focused workshops to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal reviews and account expansion, providing delivery input.
