• Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educating customers and referring to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
