Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state procurement codes, DES contract policies, RFP/RFGA processes, and background check/DSA requirements.
• Contracting policies and procedures for contract administration and compliance reviews.
• Budget coordination and invoice tracking basics.
• Continuous improvement methodologies and standard work.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award administration of contracts, grants, and intergovernmental agreements.
• Coordinate contract compliance reviews statewide (onsite and virtual).
• Draft formal correspondence and maintain executed agreements and related checks.
