Civicworks seeks a program manager to oversee the Arizona Department of Transportation's consultant contract program from initiation through closeout and final audit. You will supervise staff, provide technical guidance to employees and consultants, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in complex procurement contracts.

The role requires experience in contracting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

This position manages the Arizona Department of Transportation's consultant contract program, overseeing contract management activities from initiation through closeout and final audit. The supervisor manages staff, provides technical guidance to employees and consultants, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, and handles complex procurement contracts. The role may offer remote work flexibility (two days per week in office) within Arizona.

Key qualifications:

• Knowledge of contractual legal language, engineering organization operations, and state government management policies
• Skill in evaluation and analysis techniques, computer applications, and oral and written communication
• Ability to summarize technical information, organize priorities, and exercise discretionary judgment within established procedures
• Experience in contracting and managing high-volume, accelerated programs
• Administrative or management and staff supervision experience
• Current, valid driver's license required
