Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Packaging and Labeling Manager to lead end-to-end artwork development and changes, ensuring packaging artwork meets regulatory requirements and is implemented on schedule. You will collaborate with Regulatory Labeling, QA, Supply Chain, MS&T, and external vendors to drive timely, compliant artwork across global markets and product launches.

A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in pharma packaging are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, or related regulated industry.
• Experience with artwork development, labeling operations, or regulatory labeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead artwork development from brief to approval and implementation.
• Manage artwork changes through formal change control and systems.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Labeling, QA, Supply Chain, and MS&T.
• Oversee external graphics agencies, printers, and packaging vendors.
