Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in one or more packaging technical areas and manage supplier relationships.
• Design and qualify packaging components, labeling, and sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, QA, and Project Management to support process validation and product release.
• Drive continuous improvement across packaging processes and projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Navigate a fast-paced matrix environment and travel domestically/internationally (~30%).
