Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated in Boston seeks a Packaging and Labeling Manager to lead end-to-end artwork development, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and partner with Regulatory Labeling, QA, Supply Chain, and MS&T across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience supporting artwork development and regulatory labeling.
• Experience with artwork management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end artwork development from brief to implementation.
• Manage artwork changes through formal change control processes.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, MS&T and vendors.
• Create and maintain Artwork BOMs for product disposition.
• Oversee external graphics agencies and packaging vendors.
• Support product launches and post-launch artwork updates.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for artwork processes.
• Provide training on artwork systems and workflows.
