Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical or related field.
• Typically requires 12 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in packaging for pharma from R&D through launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical packaging engineering teams and align across functions.
• Support regulatory packaging CMC strategy and market applications.
• Represent MS&T on strategic teams and supplier partnerships.
• Provide leadership to resolve packaging operation issues with stakeholders.
• Review and approve strategically important documents.
• Define strategy and drive continuous improvement of packaging operations.
• Manage people, recruit and develop teams for high performance.
