Cox Automotive is seeking an Operations Management Manager for Central Dispatch in the United States. The role supports broad operational areas and leads critical initiatives, coordinating across multiple functions, technologies, and service providers.

The Manager owns vendor performance governance and drives continuous improvement to meet strategic needs. Strong preference for candidates living in Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ, with a flexible remote option.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in operations management or related fields.
• Experience managing third-party vendor performance and SLAs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and process standardization.

Responsabilidades

• Third Party Partner Performance Management: set and monitor vendor KPIs and targets; lead improvement plans and escalations.
• Vendor Governance & Operations Oversight: conduct reviews, staffing, forecasting, and knowledge updates; manage risk and continuity plans.
• Contact Center Platform & IVR Ownership: own routing strategy, gather requirements, coordinate with Product, ensure testing and rollback plans.
