Cox Automotive seeks an Operations Management Manager for the Central Dispatch team. The role leads complex initiatives, partners with BPO vendors, and drives process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

The manager will own project plans, determine resources, and guide cross-functional teams through lifecycles, ensuring alignments with Central Dispatch standards and strategic priorities.

Formación

• Requires 6+ years in operations management, vendor or BPO management, or contact center ops.
• Experience managing third party vendor performance and SLAs.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement affecting cost, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Experience owning a contact center platform and IVR routing preferred.

• Provide ops management support across Central Dispatch.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements to rollout.
• Manage vendor performance, governance, and SLAs.
• Own contact center platform, IVR routing, and routing logic.
• Develop metrics and scorecards to measure vendor performance.
