Job summary

Go!Foton, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead North American sourcing and supplier/contract manufacturer relationships. You will shape strategies across product lines and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and global teams to ensure cost-competitive, on-time delivery of quality components.

The role requires 5+ years in sourcing and supply chain, strong negotiation, and ERP/MS Office proficiency, with travel up to 25–40%. Remote work is possible, with HQ in Somerset, NJ preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or related role.
• Experience with OEM suppliers and Contract Manufacturers within the North American market is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure competitive cost, quality, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to support business continuity and growth.
• Lead sourcing strategies and contract negotiations, including pricing and terms.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and distribution to support demand and minimize risk.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement via KPI focus.
