Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for high-value, technically complex categories critical to production. The role is based in Devens, MA, on-site.

We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong commercial judgment who can collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to build trusted supplier partnerships and negotiate long-term agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and long-term supply arrangements.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic suppliers within a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies and cost roadmaps.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations involving pricing, capacity, lead times, and long-term supply agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and executive-level supplier relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers to improve performance and capacity.
• Mentor and support junior Global Supply Managers in project execution and negotiation strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supplier quality, cost, delivery, and performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to translate technical and production requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Identify and mitigate supplier, capacity, cost, and continuity risks.
