This role requires cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, with heavy travel. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years in sourcing/SCM, a bachelor’s degree, and experience

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sourcing, supply chain, or related role.
• Experience with North American OEM suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure cost, quality, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to support continuity and growth.
• Lead quarterly supplier business reviews to drive KPI performance (lead time, on-time delivery, quality).
