• Five years of related experience required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Recognized certification in plan review or building codes.

Responsibilities

• Review factory-built building construction and installation plans for compliance.
• Provide regulatory and code guidance to department personnel, licensees, local jurisdictions, registrants, contractors, and the public.
• Maintain reporting, data collection, and record keeping.
• Support the Plan Review Manager and other staff; perform other duties as assigned.
