Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Lease Manager to lead Facility Planning and Leasing operations in Austin. You will guide Lease Officers, coordinate with RAS, and ensure timely lease procurement, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility leasing in a large organization.
• Knowledge of Texas leasing laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to FPL Lease Officers in lease procurement and administration.
• Monitor workloads and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality service.
• Collaborate with RAS to ensure continuity of leasing processes and documentation.
• Oversee updates to leasing forms and manuals to stay current.
• Review CAFM lease reports and lead CAFM system improvements.
