Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades. You will develop and review diagrams, coordinate with AE firms, and mentor junior engineers across the network.

This role reports to the Director of Electrical Engineering, offers remote work with ~20% travel, and requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 10 years of experience. Expertise in HV/MV distribution, protection, and CAD/ETAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure is preferred.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV distribution systems in large facilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop/review electrical system design documents (One/Three Line Diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams).
• Coordinate scope of work with AE firms, suppliers and contractors.
• Plan tasks to meet budget and schedule; lead small to medium capital programs.
• Act as SME and mentor for the electrical design team across the network.
• Provide support for commissioning/startup and design standard updates.
