Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades. You will drive standardization, mentor junior staff, and act as the SME with high visibility across the network.

The role requires extensive experience with HV/MV/LV distribution, one-line diagrams, protection relays, and CAD/ETAP tooling. Travel ~20% across the network; a remote option is available with location-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited Institution.
• Registered Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV distribution and large industrial facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with one-line/three-line diagrams and related drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Review/Approve Electrical System Design documents (One Line/Three Line diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams).
• Coordinate with contractors and AE firms; plan tasks within budget and schedule.
• Provide SME support for commissioning and startup activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
