Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Two years’ probation/parole experience or similar law enforcement experience.
• Two years’ experience in conducting investigations such as interviewing, gathering evidence, documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise juvenile probation/parole work and staff.
• Provide community supervision and support to high-risk youth.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on safety and investigations.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony when required.
• Maintain case records and reports with case management support.
• Use data systems to research and report on case data.
