Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of a case management team.
• Develop work unit team goals.
• Define objectives; mentor and coach staff; provide direction and feedback.
• Foster and maintain relationships with other divisions, external agencies, law enforcement, treatment providers and stakeholders.
• Recommends, develops and implements improvement plans in procedures and processes.
• Oversee projects, track cases, and report progress to achieve performance goals.
• Perform case reviews and prepare statistical reports.
