Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum three years in probation/parole work and related duties.
• Experience in conducting investigations and interviews.
• Experience providing testimony before boards or courts.
• Experience in case management and service planning.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interview offenders to obtain personal and delinquent histories and assess risk.
• Determine methods to address offender problems based on resources.
• Develop and implement case supervision and treatment plans.
• Monitor offender compliance through visits and contacts.
• Investigate parole violations and assist law enforcement as needed.
• Attend hearings and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare records, reports, and disposition recommendations.
• Coordinate with courts, agencies, and service providers to ensure compliance.
