Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a Principle IT Portfolio/Project Manager to guide IT product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and shape roadmaps for enterprise-scale initiatives.

You will partner with technical leads, cyber teams, and design/engineering staff to deliver customer-centric solutions that align with MTA goals and budgets, while leveraging agile practices and governance processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in relevant IT/portfolio management.
• Multiple product management and agile certifications are expected.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates planning for high-impact IT products and programs.
• Defines KPIs and tracks monthly impact.
• Leads business cases for enterprise-level initiatives and manages risk.
