Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering or ITS/capital projects; 5 years in leadership.
• PE license or eligible within one year; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITS capital projects as Project Chief Executive Officer (PCEO).
• Oversee engineering design, systems integration, and field implementation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and manage budgets, risks, and scope.
