Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Private Bank Service Specialist II in Toledo, OH to handle day-to-day client interactions, account servicing, and documentation within private banking, trust, and investment management. You will partner with Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

You will maintain knowledge of products and services, identify and resolve account issues, and perform proactive outreach to clients monthly.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
• Notary Public
• Microsoft Office proficiency when supporting Wealth Advisor role

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and servicing of accounts.
• Obtain documentation for new accounts or loans.
• Provide detailed information on accounts and build rapport.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex account problems.
• Proactive monthly client outreach and participation in calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
