Job summary

Daisy in Houston is seeking an ambitious sales professional to own new business in the Greater Houston area. This hunter role covers prospecting, in-home consultations, and end-to-end proposals, with support from the Daisy team.

You will engage builders, designers, architects, and homeowners, develop tailored proposals, manage your CRM pipeline, and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and rewards top performers with real earning

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in sales hunting or business development.
• Experience conducting in-home or on-site sales consultations and developing proposals.
• Disciplined CRM user with activity logging and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own new business in the Greater Houston area end-to-end from prospecting to close.
• Conduct in-home sales consultations to scope opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Develop and present tailored sales proposals with technical scope from team.
• Present Daisy’s solutions to trade partners and clients in various settings.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, log touches, manage stages, and drive outreach.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
