Job summary

GoldenWolf, LLC seeks an experienced Executive Action Officer to provide executive staff support, enterprise coordination, and strategic communications for the Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise. You will coordinate leadership taskers, congressional inquiries, and enterprise-wide actions to support executive decision-making and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 5 years supporting senior military or federal government executive leadership.
Experience developing executive correspondence and leadership materials.
Experience with staffing processes, executive action management, and organizational coordination.
Experience writing or editing DoD/federal policy documents.

Responsibilities

Serve as central point of coordination for executive correspondence and leadership taskers.
Track assignments through ETMS, CATMS, and related systems.
Monitor suspense dates and ensure timely completion of executive actions.
Maintain enterprise-level staffing actions and leadership priorities.
