Job summary

GoldenWolf is seeking an experienced Executive Action Officer to provide executive staff support, enterprise coordination, strategic communications, and executive correspondence management for the Defense Health Agency Facilities Enterprise. This role supports senior leaders responsible for healthcare facility operations, infrastructure planning, and enterprise governance.

The successful candidate will coordinate leadership taskers and congressional inquiries, develop executive communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years supporting senior military or federal leadership.
• Experience developing executive correspondence & leadership materials.
• Experience with staffing processes & executive action management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive correspondence, leadership taskers, congressional inquiries and executive actions.
• Track and manage assignments using ETMS, CATMS and related systems.
• Monitor suspense dates and ensure timely completion of executive actions.
• Maintain enterprise staffing action visibility and leadership priorities.
• Draft executive briefs, decision memos, talking points and leadership reports.
