Job summary

Nuix Limited is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Nuix platform engagements across customers. The role covers requirements gathering, environment configuration, deployment, testing and knowledge transfer in local, air-gapped, SaaS, on-premises and cloud setups.

The candidate will manage scope, schedule and budget, translate complex requirements for both technical and business stakeholders, and drive successful go-lives with a strong emphasis on billable

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years delivering enterprise software implementations in a billable professional services context.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, and secure or air-gapped environments.
• Strong project management discipline to manage scope, risk and stakeholders on multi-month engagements.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical implementation details to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of the Nuix platform across engagements, including requirements workshops, delivery plan, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Configure and deploy the Nuix platform across supported environments (local, air-gapped, SaaS, on-premises and cloud).
• Manage engagement scope, schedule and budget; identify risks and take corrective actions to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers; translate complex requirements into practical guidance and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Execute structured handoffs from Customer Success and ensure smooth transition to support post go-live.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Nuix's professional services delivery through learnings and playbook updates.
