Job summary

Nuix is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end delivery of Nuix platform engagements across customers. You will take requirements, configure environments, deploy, test and hand off to support, working across local, air‑gappped, SaaS, on‑premises and cloud.

Based in Reston, you will collaborate with Customer Success and act as the primary technical contact, driving on‑time, on‑budget outcomes and contributing to delivery playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years delivering enterprise software implementations in a billable professional services context.
• Experience across cloud, on‑premises and air‑gapped environments.
• Strong project management discipline; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent demonstrated practice preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technical implementation details to both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end implementation of the Nuix platform across assigned customer engagements.
• Configure and deploy the Nuix platform across all supported infrastructure environments (local, air‑gapped, SaaS, on‑premises and cloud).
• Manage engagement scope, schedule and budget; proactively identify risks and variances.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer; build trusted relationships with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Execute a structured handoff from Customer Success and ensure a smooth transition to support post go‑live.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Nuix’s professional services delivery practice.
