Family7/Ohana is seeking a Housing Case Manager to support women at an emergency shelter in Salt Lake City. The role involves guiding clients from enrollment through shelter stay into stable housing, with trauma-informed, client-centered practices and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in case management.
• Experience with housing crises, homelessness, or domestic violence.
• Strong organization and ability to manage a rolling caseload.

Responsibilities

• Screen referred women for eligibility and complete intake.
• Develop individualized service plans aligned with standards.
• Coordinate wraparound services and community resources for housing, education, and employment.
• Provide daily check-ins and weekly in-person meetings with clients.
• Conduct background checks and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Transport clients as needed and manage program-provided transportation.
