Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must meet employment eligibility and immunization requirements.
• Ability to work variable shifts.
• Two years of related employment or program graduate for licensure consideration.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess client needs and resources on caseload.
• Coordinate with licensed therapists to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor outcomes and client compliance.
• Maintain client records and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Verify Medicaid eligibility and manage status during treatment.
• Submit reports to supervisor and assist in scheduling with community resources.
