Job summary

University of Michigan is seeking a Multimedia Project Manager for the INHALE CQI Coordinating Center to lead design-focused, quality improvement initiatives across Michigan. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality, user-centered digital experiences for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with co-design methods and gathering user feedback
• Expertise in human centered design in healthcare settings
• Ability to conceptualize, develop, and revise designs with stakeholder feedback
• Experience producing print and web media assets
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills including public speaking and trainings
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Onsite work in Ann Arbor as required

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and improve digital platforms and educational resources
• Translate complex healthcare information into intuitive user experiences for providers and patients across Michigan
• Serve as human-centered design expert, guiding design, development, and implementation of quality improvement tools
• Create original content and branding for social media and other platforms
• Coordinate teams across informatics, clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders
