Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Digital Quality Initiative under the CMS SIO program. This remote US role focuses on planning, coordination, and agile execution across CCSQ, ISG, and CMS stakeholders to advance DQI priorities and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex projects or programs.
• FHIR certification preferred; willing to complete training within six months.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and interdependent workstreams.
• Experience supporting organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and FHIR standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across CMS CCSQ, ISG, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated plans showing scope, schedules, risks, and progress.
• Support planning for FHIR-based interoperability and data exchange.
• Lead change management activities and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Develop governance artifacts, dashboards, and executive-ready reports.
