Entrega is seeking a Manager of Dealer Implementation to lead a high-performing team that delivers OEM proprietary technology solutions to automotive dealers. You will coach professionals, align with OEM goals, and drive successful deployments across multiple states.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven coaching, and continuous process improvement, with opportunities to influence service quality and grow with Entrega as it expands its client base among Fortune 500 partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 6+ years’ experience supporting software implementation.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and digital retailing solutions.
Strong SaaS/technology implementation process knowledge.
Ability to lead a team under deadlines.

Responsibilities

People Leadership - manage department, set goals, ensure client satisfaction.
Team Management - coach a diverse team supporting OEM clients and dealerships.
Entrepreneurship - own delivery quality, seek process improvements and budget awareness.
Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction - ensure high satisfaction with Dealer Operations output.
