Job summary

Entrega is seeking an Automotive Retail Implementation Advisor to tailor OEM software solutions for dealer clients. You will manage timelines, communicate across Dealer, Entrega Digital Retail Manager and OEM stakeholders, and ensure successful post-launch optimization.

You will drive client engagement, own implementation plans, and address dealer questions with advanced technical knowledge and data-driven insights. Occasional travel and hybrid work options support dealer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in sales, account management, project management or related client-focused roles.
• 1+ year automotive retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and OEM stakeholders to customize OEM software solutions.
• Develop and manage implementation timelines and communication plans.
• Own technical solution management for dealer-specific configurations.
• Analyze software performance data to drive ongoing improvements.
• Support Project Delivery with data and recommendations.
• Other duties to support organizational success.
• Travel up to 25% as needed, remote options in select states.
