Qualifications

• Ability to manage a team while working independently.
• Experience managing employees and HR responsibilities, including employee relations and performance management.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) or digital retailing solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership for a diverse team serving OEM clients and automotive dealerships.
• Coach team to deliver high quality, timely solutions and consultative conversations with Dealers.
• Own budgeting, process improvements, and resource allocation for the Dealer Operations team.
• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and deliverables with urgency and quality.
