Ideal candidates have automotive software implementation experience, people leadership skills, and a ownership mindset. The role emphasizes process improvement, budget awareness, and delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 6+ years’ experience in software implementation, consulting, or business process improvement in franchised automotive dealerships.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing employees and HR responsibilities.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) or digital retailing solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS or other technology implementation processes and best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team serving OEM clients and automotive dealerships.
• Coach team on industry trends, application best practices, and consultative dealer conversations.
• Own budgeting, staffing, and performance outcomes for the Dealer Operations team.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across internal clients.
