You will partner with business, Digital Product, Analytics, AI, Data Operations, and Technology teams to ensure delivered capabilities address the intended business problem.

This role emphasizes hands-on data profiling, solution validation, and customer enablement, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and DataOps Engineering to align data investments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data products, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business needs into functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and data specifications.
• Strong experience with data discovery, profiling, data quality assessment, testing, business validation, and solution adoption.
• Proficiency with SQL, data analysis techniques, and enterprise analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and outcomes and how data supports them.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews to translate needs into functional requirements and data specs.
• Ensure context, use, process requirements, and outcomes are understood and documented before solution development begins.
