Job description

Job Description

Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Managing Director of Data Ops & Data Governance — driving clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes for the business. The role requires consulting-grade problem solving, project oversight, executive communication, and the ability to operate hands-on in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operating Rhythm

Establish and maintain a clear operating cadence, including leadership forums and all-hands meetings creating team alignment and shared context. Maintain, enhance or deprecate current activities as needed. Develop, launch and own leadership accountability for the organization and produce crisp narratives and materials. Cross-functional strategic alignment with core internal partners (e.g. Technology, Business Teams, & Data Ops) as well as internally across DataOps to ensure we make continued progress to our teams overall mission.

Execution, Performance & Outcomes

Partner with Technology team and Data Ops team to stand up efficiencies throughout DataOps lifecycle. Establish planning rigor between Technology and Data Ops to ensure delivery standards and proper risk management. Proactively identify risks/blocks and coordinate cross-functional resolutions to keep outcomes on track. Develop briefs, memos and exec-ready storytelling for executive leadership and external audiences; simplify complexity into action.

People, Talent & Culture

Partner with HRBPs for improved cross-org talent calibration, increased internal talent mobility, strategic staffing and the development of a strong early career pipeline. Foster team vitality through measurable engagement activities and transparent goal laddering down through leadership levels.

Enterprise Connectivity & Ad-Hoc Strategy

Drive partnership with business, technology and data teams to enable strong alignment through consistent communication and evaluation of progress against business performance. Ensure we have alignment between deliverables and team capacity highlighting gaps and developing infrastructure to track.

Qualifications

8+ years’ of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, product, consulting, or COS/COO-type roles (healthcare preferred). Familiarity with Product development and customer engagement concepts with a track record of connecting digital experiences to business value. Demonstrated program leadership experience and the ability to drive clarity and results in matrixed environments without formal ownership. Exceptional executive communication and storytelling (decks, memos) and stakeholder influence skills.
