Job summary

The Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor role at The Cigna Group focuses on delivering accurate data outputs for account management and client-facing purposes. You will work closely with process owners and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality reporting and analytical guidance.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in health care data analysis, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and the ability to communicate complex results to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in health care/managed care data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Ability to write queries using SAS or SQL across multiple sources.
• Experience with claims reporting, deep-dive analysis, or benefits utilization preferred.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau, Python or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL, Tableau, Alteryx or similar tools to explore and interpret large data volumes.
• Compile and construct data and data models.
• Maintain and improve data quality and performance.
• Identify trends and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop new tools and processes for client and account team support.
