Job summary

Adobe Population Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Customer Service Scheduler to coordinate in-home wellness assessments and healthcare scheduling. This full-time clerical role supports the service center with front-office tasks, outbound/inbound calls, and calendar management, including HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.

After a 90-day intro, partial work-from-home is available, offering a flexible hybrid setup while maintaining strong patient care and professional communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Experience handling sensitive information and HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain full schedules for field staff.
• Make inbound/outbound calls to schedule wellness assessments.
• Manage calendars and maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in all communications.
• Answer service inquiries and schedule service requests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patient care continuity.
