Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience, including public accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP; Microsoft D365 a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Consolidation: prepare and post monthly journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Perform reconciliations for general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support consolidation activities for internal and external reporting.
• Analyze monthly results and variances and provide explanations to management.
• Maintain close calendars, checklists, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with Shared Services Accounting Ownership and onboarding of newly acquired entities.
• Assist with system improvement initiatives and ERP enhancements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
