Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of recent related experience required.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, accrual schedules, variance analysis & commentary, financial statements, and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist management with financial statements review.
• Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements, and other reports.
• Review and record sales contracts.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Prepare commissions and bonuses for approval processes.
• Prepare schedules, test samples, footnotes, and disclosures for external audits.
• Utilize software such as Dynamics, Great Plains, SAP Concur, and Northridge Loan Management Software.
